使用須知及免責(zé)聲明
1. 此產(chǎn)品將於車輛運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)錄製影片。發(fā)生調(diào)查事故或交通意外時(shí)，本產(chǎn)品僅供參考用。若碰撞過(guò)於輕微而無(wú)法啟動(dòng)碰撞感應(yīng)器，或者發(fā)生意外時(shí)碰撞過(guò)大，導(dǎo)致車輛的電池電壓偏離工作範(fàn)圍，裝置可能無(wú)法錄製意外。此外，行車記錄儀並不保證能錄取所有事故或意外，而且其錄影有可能不被接納成為證據(jù)。
2. 產(chǎn)品完全開(kāi)啟(開(kāi)機(jī))後，錄製才會(huì)開(kāi)始。
3. Speedline概不負(fù)責(zé)事故造成的任何損失及提供與事故相關(guān)的任何支援。
4. 行車記錄儀可能會(huì)錄取車輛內(nèi)乘客的影像和聲音。使用者在錄影前需要獲得乘客同意。
5. 行車記錄儀接上電源後會(huì)持續(xù)錄製影片。當(dāng)記憶卡的儲(chǔ)存容量屆滿時(shí)，最舊的影片將會(huì)被覆蓋。使用者有責(zé)任通過(guò) Speedline流動(dòng)應(yīng)用程式下載影片，以防止其被覆蓋。
6. Speedline或其授權(quán)經(jīng)銷商不對(duì)使用或?yàn)E用行車記錄儀所導(dǎo)致的任何損害、傷害或損失負(fù)責(zé)。
7. 行車記錄儀可能受到與在車輛中使用錄製設(shè)備相關(guān)之法律和法規(guī)限制。使用者有責(zé)任遵守與其有關(guān)之法律和法規(guī)。
8. 行車記錄儀設(shè)計(jì)僅將影片儲(chǔ)存在插入的記憶卡上，而Speedline流動(dòng)應(yīng)用程式可協(xié)助使用者將這些影片下載到其流動(dòng)裝置上。請(qǐng)注意Speedline不會(huì)收集、儲(chǔ)存或傳輸由行車記錄儀錄製的任何影片。
注意事項(xiàng)
1. 請(qǐng)勿隨便拆卸或維修產(chǎn)品。（此為用戶過(guò)失，無(wú)法保修。)
2. 駕駛途中請(qǐng)勿操作設(shè)備以免導(dǎo)致意外發(fā)生。行車記錄儀不應(yīng)阻擋駕駛者的視線或任何車輛的主要控制裝置，如軚盤或儀表板。?
3. ?時(shí)間於陽(yáng)光直射的情況下請(qǐng)關(guān)閉記錄儀以免發(fā)生故障。
4. 根據(jù)智能設(shè)備的規(guī)格，即時(shí)記錄和監(jiān)控記錄錄像回放可能會(huì)有所延遲。
5. 隨便連接不斷電供應(yīng)可能引發(fā)故障，請(qǐng)勿隨便連接電源。電源連接根據(jù)車輛電源而定。（如需安裝，請(qǐng)諮詢專業(yè)技術(shù)人員。）
6. 需要用到記憶卡內(nèi)的視像時(shí)，建議經(jīng)Speedline手機(jī)應(yīng)用程式下載相關(guān)視像，以免在循環(huán)錄製中被覆蓋。
保修條款
產(chǎn)品附帶自購(gòu)買日期起為期兩年的有限保修，涵蓋產(chǎn)品質(zhì)料和造工的瑕疵。Speedline保留決定修理或更換產(chǎn)品的權(quán)利。如原裝產(chǎn)品或零件無(wú)法供應(yīng)，Speedline可能提供具有相同功能的產(chǎn)品或零件。該替換品可能是翻新、更新、重新製造或全新，具體取決於特定型號(hào)的供應(yīng)情況。
豁免保修責(zé)任:
1. 產(chǎn)品並非購(gòu)自Speedline或其授權(quán)的零售商。
2. 正常磨損、濫用、缺少維護(hù)、意外事故、修改、改動(dòng)或經(jīng)非授權(quán)的維修造成之設(shè)備故障。
3. 產(chǎn)品與並非Speedline提供或認(rèn)證之配件結(jié)合使用，或者因此而造成的產(chǎn)品或配件損壞。
4. Speedline不對(duì)因意外事故或自然災(zāi)害而招致的任何損失(財(cái)產(chǎn)或商業(yè)損失及/或非間接損失)、任何原因的資料遺失或損壞、產(chǎn)品損壞或人身傷害負(fù)責(zé)。
條款及細(xì)則提供英文和中文版本。如有任何不相符之處，應(yīng)以英文版本為準(zhǔn)。
Terms Of Use & Disclaimer
1. The dash cam is designed to capture video footage while a vehicle is being driven and is meant to be used solely for reference purposes, specifically in the event of incident investigation or traffic accidents. However, it is important to note that in certain scenarios, such as when a collision is too minor to trigger the impact sensor or too severe that it affects the vehicle's battery voltage, the device may not be able to record the incident. Further, the dash cam is not guaranteed to capture all incidents or accidents, and its footage may not be admissible in court or accepted by insurance companies as evidence.
2. The dash cam must be completely switched on for footage recording to begin.
3. Speedline is not responsible for any losses incurred from incidents or for the provision of any incident-related support.
4. The dash cam may capture video and audio footage of passengers in the vehicle. The user should obtain the consent of any passengers in the vehicle before recording them.
5. The dash cam will continuously record video footage while it is powered on. The dash cam will overwrite the oldest footage when the storage capacity in the memory card is full. It is the user’s responsibility to download video files via the Speedline Mobile App to prevent them from being overwritten.
6. Speedline or its authorised reseller is not responsible for any damages, injury, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of the dash cam.
7. The dash cam may be subject to applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of recording devices in vehicles. It is the responsibility of the user to comply with such applicable laws and regulations.
8. The dash cam is designed to store video recordings solely on the inserted memory card, and the Speedline Mobile App facilitates the download of these videos to the user's mobile device. It is important to note that Speedline does not collect, store, or transmit any of the videos recorded by the dash cam.
Points To Note
1. Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the product. Doing so would constitute a breach of the user agreement and may result in the warranty becoming invalid.
2. To prevent accidents, do not operate the product while driving. The dash cam should not obstruct the view of the driver or any of the vehicle's primary controls, such as the steering wheel or dashboard.
3. Turn off the product prior to exposing it to direct sunlight for an extended period of time to avoid malfunction.
4. There may be some delay in real-time recording, monitoring, and playback of recorded videos depending on the specifications of the mobile device.
5. Do not connect the dash cam to a continuous power supply on your own, as this could result in malfunction. The method of connection will depend on the power source of your vehicle. To ensure proper installation, seek the assistance of a professional technician.
6. It is recommended to download the videos via the Speedline Mobile App regularly to prevent older footages from being overwritten during loop recording.
Warranty
The product comes with a limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship of the product for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Speedline reserves the right to repair or replace the product at its discretion. In the event that the original product or component is not available, Speedline may offer a similar product or component with equivalent functionality. This replacement may be refurbished, renewed, re-manufactured or new, depending on the availability of the particular model.
Items excluded:
1. A product purchased from a source other than Speedline or its authorised resellers.
2. Normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect of maintenance, accidents, modifications, alterations or malfunctions arising from unauthorised repairs.
3. Product use in combination with elements that are not provided or accredited by Speedline, or any resulting damage to the product or its components.
4. Speedline will not be liable for any property or commercial loss and/or indirect or consequential loss resulting from accidents or natural disasters. In addition, Speedline will not be held responsible for any data loss or damage, product damage or bodily harm caused by any reason.
These terms and conditions are provided in English and Chinese. In case of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
